Ben:

Technician

Ben, who grew up in New Albany and graduated from Providence High School, has become a key member of our team. Alongside his wife, Emma, he is a proud parent to two children, Everett and Maverick. Outside of work, Ben enjoys a range of activities including hunting, shooting, working on his family farm, and staying updated on Louisville Cardinals sports. His go-to snacks are either white-cheddar Cheez-Its or Cheetos, and he shares his home with three dogs: Fibi, Penny, and Django. Ben is passionate about informing customers on improving indoor air quality (IAQ), as he believes it’s essential for a healthy living environment. His dedication to educating customers and his expertise make him a valued asset to our team.

Garrett

Technician

Garrett has been an essential member of the Allegiance Heating & Air team since 2018. Growing up in Georgetown and a graduate of Floyd Central High School, Garrett brings a high level of skill and expertise to every job he undertakes. He chose Allegiance over other leading HVAC companies due to our family-oriented work environment, noting that “each employee is treated like family and we all have open communication.” Outside of work, Garrett and his fiancé, Sam, share their home with two cats, Chuzzy and Fern. An avid outdoor enthusiast, Garrett enjoys hunting, fishing, snowboarding, and traveling. His passion for both his work and personal interests makes him a well-rounded and valued team member.

Gilbert

Technician

Gilbert has been a valued member of the Allegiance Heating & Air team since 2018. Growing up in Greenville and a proud graduate of Floyd Central High School, Gilbert brings a local touch to his work. Outside the office, he’s passionate about sports, especially the Baltimore Ravens, and enjoys working on vehicles. His favorite snacks are popsicles and Cheez-Its, and he loves treating himself to a juicy steak for dinner. Known for his excellent work and dedication, Gilbert consistently receives positive feedback from our customers. We’re lucky to have him as part of our team!

Lucas

Technician

Lucas, a Floyds Knobs native and graduate of Floyd Central High School, has been an essential part of our team. He loves spending time outdoors and with his family, especially during the summer when they enjoy boating on the lake. A former high school football player, Lucas now follows the Louisville Cardinals closely. He values customer satisfaction greatly and finds it the most rewarding aspect of his role as an HVAC technician. Lucas is known for his excellent work and is often praised by customers.

Jacob H.

Technician

Jacob joined the Allegiance Heating & Air team in 2020 and has quickly become an integral part of our operations. A native of Jeffersonville, where he also graduated high school, Jacob brings a wealth of HVAC knowledge to our team. Outside of work, Jacob is an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys kayaking, working on motorcycles, and playing guitar. He and his significant other, Kaitee, are proud parents to two daughters, Sophia and Jacquelynn. Jacob’s expertise is invaluable in helping our customers understand and optimize their HVAC systems, and he is highly regarded for his dedication and knowledge.

Riley

Technician

Riley, a Georgetown native and Floyd Central High School graduate, enjoys his work because it allows him to meet new people every day and tackle the challenges of solving technical problems. In his free time, Riley loves playing video games, working on cars, and spending time with his dog, Denali. Riley often advises his customers to keep up with HVAC maintenance, as it can significantly extend the life of their equipment. Interestingly, Riley played football in high school and was coached by our owner, Brian. His go-to meal is steak and lobster. Known for his friendly smile and engaging conversation, Riley brings a positive energy to every project he undertakes.

Brayden

Technician

Brayden, a Campbellsburg native and West Washington High School graduate, has a passion for meeting new people, which he finds most rewarding about his job. Outside of work, Brayden loves working on vehicles and fishing. As a big animal lover, he shares his home with his 2 dogs, Conan and Koda. Brayden often advises customers to remember to change their smoke detector batteries, a crucial task that many homeowners overlook. With a wealth of knowledge in his field, Brayden enjoys the work he does every day and is a valuable member of our team.

Carson

Technician

Carson has been a valued member of the Allegiance Heating & Air team since 2018. A Lanesville native and Floyd Central High School graduate, Carson brings both expertise and a personal touch to his role. He and his wife have a daughter and share their home with a dog named Millie. Outside of work, Carson runs his own knife-forging business and enjoys playing acoustic guitar. He chose Allegiance over other leading HVAC companies because “Allegiance is a family-owned business that always takes care of their customers.” We’re grateful to have such a kind and intelligent member on our team!

Jacob Ray

Technician

Jacob joined Allegiance after hearing great things about the company’s family-oriented, tight-knit work environment, and he’s happy to confirm that everything he heard was true! Jacob grew up in the Floyds Knobs area and graduated from Floyd Central High School, where he played both baseball and basketball. He was a pitcher on the baseball team and a center in basketball. Nowadays, Jacob follows the Cincinnati Reds and the Kansas City Chiefs. He chose a career in HVAC because he enjoys meeting new people every day, which is his favorite part of the job. After a hard day’s work, Jacob likes to relax with his favorite snacks: movie theater popcorn or chicken alfredo (minus the broccoli). He enjoys playing the acoustic guitar or binge-watching movies with his 2 cats, Oakley and Emmy. Jacob is a valuable asset to our team, always greeting us with a big smile and showing his dedication to growing in his career through his hard work each day.

Jonathan

Technician

Jonathan brings a diverse background to Allegiance Heating & Air, having previously worked as an electrician and auto-body mechanic before joining our team. Outside of work, Jonathan’s passion is playing corn-hole, where he competes regularly and is known for his impressive winnings. He’s also a devoted Yankees fan and played baseball in high school, playing as both a pitcher and short-step. Jonathan and his wife, Leah, have three children: Joe, Nathan, and Levi. Known for his comedic spirit and valuable experience, Jonathan adds a lively and enjoyable atmosphere to our team.

Victor

Technician

Victor joined Allegiance Heating & Air because of our strong reputation and commitment to ethical practices, which he deeply values. He appreciates the teamwork and positive environment within our company. Outside of work, Victor enjoys relaxing at home with his family, which includes his wife and their three children: Jennifer, Joselin, and Jacqueline. They also have a French Bulldog named Luna. Victor is known for his friendly demeanor and cherishes the friendships he has built at Allegiance. His approachable nature and positive attitude make him a valued member of our team.

Pete

Operations Manager

Pete grew up in Prescott, Wisconsin, before moving to Indiana in 1998, where he graduated from Floyd Central High School and established his life within the community. He has been an essential part of the Allegiance team since 2006! Pete started as a helper and has worked his way up to become Allegiance’s Operations Manager! He enjoys his role, particularly the ability to help people and support the growth of the team. His most frequent advice to customers is to keep up with regular maintenance! Pete and his wife, Kim, have four children: Alexis, Emma, Jack, and Luke. Together, Pete and Kim built their own home and have continued their passion for home improvement by flipping houses in the area. Though Pete chose Indiana as his home, he remains loyal to his Wisconsin roots, cheering for the Green Bay Packers and the Wisconsin Badgers. When it’s game day, hot dogs and mac and cheese are the way to his heart!

Brandon P.

Technician

Brandon, a Greenville native and Floyd Central High School graduate, has been a cornerstone of the Allegiance Heating & Air team since 2016. Starting his career with us as an installation technician, Brandon has worked his way up to become our Installation Manager. He values the honest, down-to-earth nature of our team, stating that this is why he has chosen to stay with Allegiance over the years. His favorite part of the job is meeting new people each day and hearing their stories. Outside of work, Brandon enjoys fishing, hunting, four-wheeling, and other outdoor activities. He and his wife, Jill, have two children, Maverick and Lane, who share Brandon’s love for the outdoors. Brandon’s positive attitude and enthusiasm make him a pleasure to work with every day and customers enjoy working with him as well!

Carrie and Basil

Office Manager and Office Dog

Carrie has been an essential part of the Allegiance Heating & Air team since 2015! Over the years, our loyal customers have come to know Carrie well, building strong relationships with her. Around the office, she’s known as the “mom,” always ensuring that everyone is taken care of and that they’re taking care of themselves. Carrie is determined to get the job done when tasked with a project, and we can always count on her bubbly personality to brighten our days. Carrie was born in this area, moved to New York when she was 6, and returned when she was 11. Since then, she has planted her roots in this community and made it her home. She enjoys crocheting, singing, and spending time with her three dogs: Pacer, Basil, and Buddy. She also has a pet rat named Maggie! Carrie has 2 children, Cameron and Alex, and is married to her husband, Tom. Carrie values Allegiance for its positive work environment, which the owners have worked hard to create. It’s an atmosphere where employees genuinely enjoy coming to work every day, and that’s something hard to find. We’re incredibly thankful to have Carrie as part of our team.

Heather

Customer Service Representative

If you’re scheduling maintenance, emergency service, or your next installation, you may have the pleasure of speaking with Heather. She thrives on the conversations she has with customers each day and enjoys getting to know the community one member at a time. Heather moved to the Southern Indiana area in 2012, and though she briefly relocated to Texas, she ultimately missed the area and made her way back. Outside of work, Heather is passionate about painting, reading, doing puzzles, and playing with her numerous pets—including four dogs, one cat, four ferrets, one snake, one gecko, and a turtle. She values her role at Allegiance for its commitment to helping the community and its veterans. As our Marketing Coordinator, Heather brings creativity and friendliness to the office and is always reliable for getting the job done.

Jennifer

Jennifer was born and raised in Greenville and graduated from Floyd Central High School, where she played tennis, volleyball, orchestra, and theater. She is married to her husband, Tony, and they have three children: Nick, Will, and Izzy. At home, they also have a dog named Bandit and a guppy her son got from science class, named Johnny Cage (JC for short). Outside of work, Jennifer is an avid baker and cook, and she even owns her own catering business! She’s always bringing delicious treats into the office for everyone to enjoy. You can also find her on and off the stage at Clarksville Little Theatre! She definitely keeps herself busy outside of work. Despite her talents for sweet and savory creations, her favorite snack is a good protein bar, and she never misses a Taco Tuesday. Jennifer chose Allegiance because of the people and the positive environment. She enjoys coming to work every day, and that’s a quality she values deeply in a job
