As part of Synchrony’s installment loan program, we evaluate our merchants’ websites to review any marketing content related to financing. We do this because financial marketing is highly regulated, and we want to ensure our merchants are aware of and adhere to the applicable laws when mentioning or promoting Synchrony financing.
We have recently conducted a review of your website and have determined that it still contains Ally brand and content. As a reminder, Ally Lending was acquired by Synchrony in March 2024. Please replace Ally written content or logos with the Synchrony branded content and logo supplied in our merchant advertising guidelines.
